01 / OUR EXPERTISE

One team. Every discipline.

THE BIG PICTURE.
EVERY LAST DETAIL.

Complex systems demand connected thinking. We bring engineering disciplines together to create practical, buildable designs—from the first concept through construction.

01 Mechanical & process +

Piping networks, pumping systems, bulk material handling, utilities and process systems designed to work together.

02 Electrical & controls +

Power distribution, instrumentation, industrial controls, programming and control cabinet fabrication.

03 Civil & structural +

Site development, drainage, foundations, steel structures and infrastructure engineering.

04 Surveying & project support +

Marine and land surveying, GIS, procurement support and construction management.

02 / PROJECT EXPERIENCE

FROM SYSTEMS TO SITES.

ENGINEERED FOR
THE REAL WORLD.

Storage. Transfer. Processing. Our work connects the systems behind industrial operations across the Gulf Coast and beyond.

2015–2016

Point Comfort terminal

Pelorus Terminals, Point Comfort, Texas. Engineering, design, permitting, and construction management for a terminal receiving and loading crude condensate and specialty chemicals. Six-bay truck unloading, 320,000-barrel storage, load-out to 20,000 barrels per hour, vapor collection and destruction, and three deep-draft ship docks.

1989–2013

Calhoun Port Authority terminal

Point Comfort, Texas. Permitting, survey, marine, civil, structural, mechanical, fire protection, cathodic protection, electrical, controls, and construction oversight. Six barge slips and three ship docks, pipe racks, stormwater collection, a blast-resistant control tower, and standby power.

2013

South Peninsula bulkhead

Calhoun Port Authority, Point Comfort. Marine, civil, structural, and cathodic protection for 900 feet of steel bulkhead with a concrete cap, and a barge and tug staging area.

2010–2015

UAN fertilizer terminal

Corpus Christi, Texas. Survey, rail switch and spur, civil, structural, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, controls, and construction oversight. Ship and barge dock, 20-station rail spur, dual-bay truck loading, and ground storage.

2013

Truck-to-barge condensate terminal

Port of Victoria, Texas. Permitting, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and construction oversight. Six-bay truck unloading, 100,000-barrel internal-floating-roof tankage, a two-mile pipeline, and marine vapor destruction.

2014

Trafigura / Buckeye condensate terminal

Viola Channel, Corpus Christi. Civil, structural, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, controls, and project management for 1.25 million barrels of storage and loading to deep-draft ships and inland barges.

2015

South Texas Ethanol

Hondo, Texas. Civil, structural, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, controls, procurement, and construction. Rail unloading to truck loading, two 60,000-barrel tanks, a three-bay truck rack, vapor destruction, and an NFPA 11 fire-protection system.

2018–2019

NaHS terminal

Lake Charles, Louisiana. Engineering, design, permitting, and construction management. Sodium hydrosulfide in by rail and truck, out by ship. Two truck bays, one rail station, and two 60,000-barrel tanks.

2020–2021

Phillips 66 Dock 4 topsides

Beaumont, Texas. Mechanical and instrumentation and electrical design for up to 50,000 barrels per hour. Three crude loading arms, two dock safety units, fire protection, stormwater, switch rack, and instrumentation.

2022

LBC acetic acid terminal

Seabrook, Texas. Mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation design. Two 80,000-barrel tanks, two 3,500-gallon-per-minute pumps with VFDs, inbound metering, barge and ship loading, and two rail spots.

2023–2024

Odfjell Bay 13

Seabrook, Texas. Mechanical design for a specialty-chemical expansion. Nine API 650 tanks, one truck bay, five rail spots, and connections to four barge and ship docks. Nine chemicals, each on its own automated system. About 204,000 barrels added.

2021–2022

JST tallow terminal

Dakota City, Nebraska. Mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation design. Seven API 650 tanks, steam and condensate, water treatment, instrument air, and two truck bays, with transfers run from the control room.
